数字文娱时代未成年人网络意识形态安全治理审思

摘　　要：网络文娱内容的多样性与复杂性,对未成年人的思想意识、健康成长构成了潜在威胁。鉴于此,研究对我国未成年人网络意识形态安全治理的现实意义、现实挑战和治理路径三方面进行深入分析。根据网络空间对未成年人价值观的引领力量、未成年人网络主权意识与数字生存能力、未成年人对传统文化软实力传承的现实意义,剖析出我国未成年人网络意识形态安全治理的现实挑战涵盖了网络不良信息与新技术应用带来的挑战、未成年人注意力经济从网络空间渗入日常生活、网络媒介萌化传播消解政治的严肃性与权威性。基于此,研究立足学校、家庭、社会的多方职能,探究建立多元参与协作机制和应对策略,未来可以从家庭、学校与社会三方入手,合力应对未成年人注意力经济的渗透、协同治理网络政治“萌化”筑牢政治传播防线、强化网络主权意识开启未成年人数字世界新视野,为未成年人意识形态安全保驾护航,构建数字文娱时代未成年人网络意识形态安全治理路径。The diversity and complexity of online entertainment content pose potential threats to the ideological awareness and healthy growth of minors.In view of this,this research conducts an in-depth analysis of the practical significance,practical challenges,and governance paths of the online ideological security governance for minors in China.Based on the guiding power of the online space on the values of minors,the awareness of minors’network sovereignty and their digital survival ability,and the practical significance of minors’inheritance of the soft power of traditional culture,it is analyzed that the practical challenges of the online ideological security governance for minors in China cover the challenges brought by online harmful information and new technology applications,the infiltration of the attention economy of minors from the online space into daily life,and the dissolution of the solemnity and authority of politics by the cute-style communication of network media.Based on this,this research explores the establishment of a multi-participation and cooperation mechanism and coping strategies,taking into account the multiple functions of schools,families,and society.In the future,it can start from the three aspects of family,school,and society to jointly address the infiltration of the attention economy of minors,collaboratively govern the“cute-style”politics on the Internet to build a solid political communication defense line,strengthen the awareness of network sovereignty to open up a new vision of the digital world for minors,safeguard the ideological security of minors,and construct a governance path for the online ideological security of minors in the digital entertainment era.
