摘　　要：郁嶷是近代中国研究中国法制史和中华民国民法亲属法的代表性人物,在中国法学研究方面著述颇丰。然而,郁嶷并非仅仅以中文阐述中国法学,他对西方法学也有深入的研究和批判。尽管如此,郁嶷在民国时期对中国法学的贡献却鲜少被学者关注和研究。怀着疑问与对历史及法学前辈的尊重,通过查阅一系列的名人年谱、传记、日记、文集,探寻郁嶷与这些名人的交集,并在搜集大量刊载郁嶷政法文章的期刊和报纸的基础上,对郁嶷的政法文存进行了编年整理和举要,以期帮助后世法律学子更真实地了解这位湘籍法学家--郁嶷先生。Yu Yi is a seminal figure in the field of modern Chinese legal history and civil law of the Republic of China,with a significant corpus of writing and essays dedicated to the study of Chinese jurisprudence.However,his contribution goes beyond the confines of Chinese jurisprudence,he also engages with Western jurisprudence.Nevertheless,the full extent of Yu Yi’s contribution to Chinese jurisprudence during the Republican Period remains under-explored and under-studied by the scholarly community.In an effort to address this lacuna,this study has drawn upon a range of sources,including internet resources and a variety of chronicles,biographies,diaries,and anthologies,to explore the interactions between Yu Yi and his predecessors in the field of legal science.By consulting a number of chronicles,biographies,diaries and anthologies in order to establish the manner in which Yu Yi may have encountered the aforementioned individuals,this paper will summarise the chronology of Yu Yi’s writings on politics and law,with a view to providing future generations of law students with a more authentic understanding of the aforementioned Hunan law scholar,Mr.Yu Yi.
