摘　　要：推动农村创业创新是新发展阶段稳就业、保民生、促增长的重要途径。数字经济时代分工不断深化,农村创业呈现主体多元化、组织高级化、模式融合化的新特征。马克思分工理论为理解中国农村创业行为变化提供了一个新视角,分工深化是农村创业演进的基本逻辑。数字经济通过深化分工、促进融合创新、加强经营管理推动农村创业高质量发展。经过多年探索,全国各地的农村地区涌现平台载体型、模式创新型和数字营销型三种成功的数字创业典型做法,数字经济时代农村创业向高质量发展方向迈进。然而实践中,数字经济时代农村创业依然面临诸多现实障碍,未来应弥合数字鸿沟、加强农业科技创新和产业链合作、加快农村要素市场建设、健全农村创业政策支持体系,为加快农业农村数字化进程、激发农村创业创新活力、推动高质量乡村振兴提供方向指引。Fostering rural entrepreneurship and innovation is a crucial strategy for stabilizing employment,securing livelihoods,and driving growth in the new stage of development.In the digital economy era,as the division of labor intensifies,rural entrepreneurship exhibits new traits such as diverse entities,advanced organizational structures,and integrated models.Marx’s theory on the division of labor offers a novel perspective for comprehending the shifts in rural entrepreneurial behavior in China,with the deepening of division of labor serving as the fundamental logic behind the evolution of rural entrepreneurship.The digital economy propels the high-quality advancement of rural entrepreneurship by enhancing the division of labor,fostering integration and innovation,and reinforcing management differentiation.Following years of exploration,three exemplary models of digital entrepreneurship have emerged in rural areas nationwide:platform-based,innovation-driven,and digital marketing-centric.In the era of the digital economy,rural entrepreneurship is advancing towards high-quality development.However,practical challenges persist in the realm of rural entrepreneurship within the digital economy.Moving forward,it is essential to bridge the digital divide,bolster agricultural technological innovation and industry chain collaboration,expedite the development of rural factor markets,and refine the policy support framework for rural entrepreneurship.These measures will offer critical guidance for accelerating the digital transformation of agriculture and rural areas,igniting the vitality of rural entrepreneurship and innovation,and promoting high-quality rural revitalization.
