社会企业助推农村养老服务效能提升的实践逻辑——基于空间生产框架的典型案例分析

摘　　要：基于空间生产框架,以南京Y社会企业在重庆A区的改革实践为案例,探究社会企业助推农村养老服务效能提升的表现及其实践逻辑。研究发现:社会企业助推农村养老服务效能提升,集中体现为功用上的资源重组、效率上的生态黏合、效果上的多元效益。社会企业助推农村养老服务效能提升的实践逻辑包括:物理空间内优化要素以建构服务平台,社会空间内嵌入政府、激活市场关系、利益联结以形成服务生态链,精神空间内对平台、资源优化配置及精细管理以促进分层分类精细治理。以上“三维”空间生产的交互作用,共同促进农村养老服务效能的整体提升。研究为认识农村养老服务制度安排及其社会力量有机参与提供理论指导和经验样本。Drawing on the framework of spatial production and through the case study of Nanjing Y social enterprise s reform initiatives in District A of Chongqing,we systematically investigate the performance and practical logic of social enterprises in enhancing the efficiency of rural elderly care services.The research reveals that the efficacy of social enterprises in advancing rural elderly care is primarily achieved through the reorganization of resources in functionality,the establishment of ecological bonds in terms of efficiency,and the generation of multiple benefits in terms of impact.The practical logic by which social enterprises boost the effectiveness of rural elderly services encompasses the following strategies:optimizing physical space elements to build service platforms;integrating government involvement,stimulating market relations,and aligning interests within social space to create service ecosystems;and refining platforms,resource allocation,and nuanced management within spiritual space to advance tiered and differentiated precision governance.The interplay of this“three-dimensional”spatial production collectively facilitates the comprehensive improvement of the effectiveness of rural elderly services.This study offers theoretical insights and empirical examples for comprehending the institutional design of rural elderly care services and the organic engagement of social entities.
