摘　　要：致心律失常性右室心肌病(arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy,ARVC)是一种遗传性心肌疾病,经典型主要影响右室,累及双室及左室者容易误诊和漏诊。本文报道双室型ARVC 1例,探讨其超声表现及其诊断标准、临床特征、发病机制和治疗,旨在提高对该病的认识及超声诊断率。Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy(ARVC)is a hereditary myocardial disease that mainly affects the right ventricle in the classic type.Patients with involvement of both ventricles and the left ventricle are prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.This article reports one case of biventricular ARVC,exploring its ultrasound manifestations,diagnostic criteria,clinical characteristics,pathogenesis,and treatment,in order to improve the ultrasound diagnosis rate of the disease.
