摘　　要：健康的劳动者是创造价值、创造财富和维系社会再生产顺利进行的前提,是劳动力再生产的实现基础。健康问题对劳动力再生产的影响不仅体现在社会生产过程中的生产、交换、分配、消费四个环节,还体现在劳动力再生产质量引致的不同社会的生产关系再生产属性。新中国成立75年以来,党和国家将马克思主义与中国实际相结合,将人民健康放在至关重要的战略地位,不断探索卫生健康事业发展道路,构建起具有中国特色的卫生健康保障体系。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,以健康中国建设实现高水平劳动力再生产,需要构建更加完善的劳动者健康保障体系,发展健康素质良好的新质劳动力培育平台,打造有为政府与有效市场相结合的健康保障体制机制,在保障劳动者基本健康的基础上实现人的自由全面发展。Healthy workers are the prerequisite and foundation for creating value,generating wealth,and ensuring the smooth operation of social reproduction.Marxist political economy has deeply studied the interrelationship between labor reproduction and health security,considering that health profoundly affects labor reproduction,thereby constraining the entire reproduction of material production and manifesting in the four aspects of social reproduction:production,exchange,distribution,and consumption.Labor reproduction is not only carried out under specific production relations,but also strengthens or destroys these production relations.Health security for workers is a crucial factor in the interaction between labor reproduction and the reproduction of production relations.Based on the theory of labor reproduction from Marxist political economy,clarifying the interrelationship between labor reproduction and health security provides significant guidance for exploring high-level labor reproduction through health security in China.Over the 75 years since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the Party and the state have combined Marxism with Chinese reality,placing people's health in a strategically critical position.By launching health revolutions,establishing and improving medical insurance systems,and promoting the Healthy China Initiative,they have explored the crucial role of health security in safeguarding workers'rights and realizing common prosperity for all people,leveraging the significant function of health security in social reproduction,and highlighting the critical support capacity of the public health security system.A health security system with Chinese characteristics has been gradually constructed,fully demonstrating the superiority of health security under the socialist system.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,to achieve high-level labor reproduction through the Healthy China Initiative,it is necessary to construct a more comprehensive health security system for work
