摘 要:损耗是电机温升的根本原因。电机的损耗分析是研究电机热管理策略、提升电机效率和控制精度的关键。以某型车用永磁同步电机为研究对象,分析铜损、铁损等损耗的产生机制与计算方法,针对实际工程应用中损耗计算较为复杂的问题,提出了一种基于台架测试的损耗测试方法,可较为方便地获取应用于电机控制算法的损耗数据。同时,基于试验样机与台架进行了损耗测试,获取了该型车用永磁同步电机的损耗参数,验证了该方法的有效性。Loss is the root-cause of motor temperature rise,the analysis of loss is also the key to motor thermal management strategies and the improvement of efficiency and motor control accuracy.Focusing on a certain type of automotive permanent magnet synchronous motor,analyze the generation mechanism and calculation method of copper loss,iron loss and other losses.Aiming at the difficult and complex problem of loss calculation in practical engineering applications,this paper proposed a method for getting the loss based on the bench test,this method can easily get the loss data which is used in motor control algorithms.At the same time,loss tests were conducted based on relevant test sample motor and test benches,obtained the loss parameters of the permanent magnet synchronous motor used in this type of vehicle and verify the effectiveness of the method.
