摘 要:围绕热管理模块执行器齿轮系统卡滞问题探究了湿度和温度变化对齿轮材料性能的影响,发现湿度和温度大幅变化会降低齿轮材料力学性能和尺寸稳定性,导致热管理模块卡滞。PA9T因具备弱吸水性和高尺寸稳定性更适用于1级齿轮,而复合玻璃纤维的尼龙材料更适用于2级和3级齿轮,这为后续热管理模块的设计优化和功能稳定性提升提供了参考。从化学微观机制分析了材料吸水性原理,即分子极性和相似相容原理,并基于理论比较解释了不同尼龙材料吸水性强弱。此外,为了提高热管理模块故障排查的效率和准确性,提出了热管理模块电流检验卡滞法。在面对较大检测范围时,利用该方法无须启动车辆就能迅速锁定异常范围,为整车热管理模块卡滞故障的判断提供了一种效率和准确性较高的方法。Explored the sticking issue of gear system in thermal management module actuator.The effects of the humidity and temperature fluctuation on the performance of gear materials were investigated and the result exhibited that high humidity and large temperature fluctuations could decrease the gear material’s mechanical performance and dimensional stability,leading to thermal management module sticking problem.PA9T is more suitable for the first-level gear because of its ultra-low water absorption and high dimensional stability,and nylon materials in combination with glass fibers are fit for second-level and third-level gears,providing a valuable reference for further optimizing the reliability of thermal management module.In addition,the mechanism for the water absorption of materials was illustrated from the chemical perspective mechanism:molecular polarity and the like dissolving principle.Then,the water absorption properties of different nylon materials were compared and analyzed.To improve the efficiency and accuracy in finding the thermal management module sticking problem,a current method for troubleshooting has been introduced,which can quickly narrow down and lock the abnormal range without starting the vehicle in the face of a large detection range.This provides a high efficiency and accuracy method for determining the stuck fault of the vehicle thermal management module.
