摘 要:自模糊偏好关系被提出以来,其一直是处理决策问题的一种有效工具,模糊偏好关系理论在投资管理、供应链管理、应急风险管理和决策分析等领域得到了广泛的应用。针对评价信息为模糊偏好关系的决策问题,首先,基于原始的模糊偏好关系,提出了一种新的完全乘性一致模糊偏好关系的构造方法,该方法只需要运用原始偏好关系中部分元素,降低了计算复杂度;其次,建立了一种新的一致性指数计算方法用于衡量模糊偏好关系的一致性水平,并基于局部调整策略设计了具有收敛性的模糊偏好关系一致性调整算法;最后,将建立的决策方法应用于创业决策中的行业选择实例。实验分析和对比分析表明了设计的决策模型是合理和有效的。Due to the limitations of human cognition and the complexity and uncertainty of objective things,decision makers often are unable to provide accurate decision-making values for specific decision-making options.At this time,they tend to use fuzzy information to express their preferences.The study of multiplicative consistency of fuzzy preference relations is an important research topic in the field of fuzzy decision making,and consistency is a tool to test whether the preference information logic is faulty.The preference relationship consistency testing and improvement process is mainly used to measure and improve the degree of the consistency of the evaluation information provided by the integrated preference relationship matrix in an individual decision maker or group decision making.The operation of preference relations without consistency will result in logical errors,and thus improving the consistency of preference relations is the prerequisite for accurate decision-making.In the existing consistency adjustment algorithms,it is necessary to calculate the corresponding multiplicative consistent fuzzy preference relations matrix again in every iteration of the fuzzy preference relations,and this will lead to a large increase in the computation amount due to an increase in the matrix dimension.Therefore,it is necessary to further investigate fuzzy preference relations and consistency improvement algorithm to optimize the algorithm.In order to construct the decision-making model,based on the original fuzzy preference relations,this paper first proposes a new method of constructing the fully multiplicative consistent fuzzy preference relations.This method only uses the elements of the original preference relations,which reduces the computational complexity.Secondly,a new consistency index calculation method is established to measure the consistency level of fuzzy preference relations,and a convergent fuzzy preference relation consistency adjustment algorithm is designed based on the local adjustment strategy.Final
