数字普惠金融、融资约束与涉农上市公司创新

摘　　要：数字普惠金融通过互联网、大数据、云计算等数字化手段缓解企业融资约束,提高融资效率,促进企业创新。文章以2013-2022年中国A股上市的121家涉农企业作为研究对象,实证考察数字普惠金融发展对涉农上市公司的促进作用以及融资约束在其中发挥的中介效应。研究发现,数字普惠金融的发展对涉农上市公司创新具有显著的促进作用;中介效应检验发现,融资约束在这一关系中发挥了部分中介作用;异质性检验发现,数字普惠金融对农林牧渔行业上市公司和中西部地区涉农上市公司创新的激励作用要强于其他类型和东部地区涉农上市公司。Digital inclusive finance alleviates financing constraints,improves financing efficiency and allows more people to enjoy the fruits of financial development through the use of digital means such as internet big data,cloud computing and so on.The authors take 121 agriculture-related enterprises listed on China's A-share market from 2013 to 2022 as the research object,and utilize the mediation effect model to study the role mechanism of financing constraints in the impact of digital inclusive finance on the innovation of listed agriculture-related enterprises.The study shows that:the development of digital inclusive finance can significantly promote the innovation of listed agriculture-related enterprises;financing constraints play a mediating role in the impact of digital inclusive finance on the innovation of listed agriculture-related enterprises;digital inclusive finance has a stronger incentive effect on the innovation of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery-related and agriculture-related listed enterprises in the central and western regions than on those of other types and those of agriculture-related listed enterprises in the eastern region.
