摘  要:随着人工智能、大数据、云计算、物联网等技术的飞速发展,无人作战系统已成为现代军事力量的重要组成部分。无人作战对军士的专业能力、技术水平及创新思维提出了新的挑战。文章以无人作战装备技术发展及无人作战战场场景变化为背景,分析无人作战场景下军士须具备的核心能力,明确了无人作战军士须具备较高的政治素养、军事素养、基本技能素养、数字技能素养和创新能力。在人才培养目标定位动态调整与持续优化、军士人才频谱化分级培养、军政素养与工匠精神融合培育、以实战为导向的院校与部队合作育人、以科研为载体实现师资力量与军士学员创新能力同步提升等策略之上,加以数智能力的培养,以“数智之能”迎“数智之变”,为军士学员成长为具备无人作战能力的“兵专家”奠定基础。With the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,and the Internet of Things,unmanned combat systems have become an important component of modern military forces.Unmanned combat poses new challenges to the professional competence,technical capabilities,and innovative thinking of soldiers.The article takes the development of unmanned combat equipment technology and the changes in unmanned combat battlefi eld scenarios as background,analyzes the core competencies required for soldiers in unmanned combat scenarios,and clarifies that unmanned combat soldiers must possess high political literacy,military literacy,basic skills literacy,numerical skills literacy,and innovation ability.On the basis of dynamic adjustment and continuous optimization of talent training objectives,spectrum based and graded training of soldier talents,integrated cultivation of military and political literacy and craftsmanship spirit,cooperation between colleges and troops guided by practical combat,and synchronous improvement of teaching staff and innovation ability of soldier students through scientific research,the cultivation of numerical intelligence is carried out to meet the changes of numerical intelligence and lay the foundation for soldier students to grow into“soldier experts”with unmanned combat capabilities.
