摘　　要：全球化背景下,知识产权贸易作为国际贸易的重要组成部分,对城市出口韧性产生显著影响。利用2008—2022年中国285个地级及以上城市的面板数据,对知识产权贸易如何影响城市出口韧性进行实证分析。结果表明:知识产权贸易能够增强城市出口韧性;知识产权贸易对城市出口韧性的正向提升作用在中国东部和中部地区、行政等级较高的城市及技术密集型城市更显著;创新要素配置是知识产权贸易赋能城市出口韧性的重要传导机制;数字经济在知识产权贸易对城市出口韧性影响作用中发挥门槛效应。鉴于此,提出以下政策建议:扩大知识产权贸易市场,夯实城市出口韧性基础;优化创新要素配置,激发城市出口韧性的活力;积极推进数字经济与实体经济的深度融合,助力知识产权贸易发展;实施差异化发展策略,推动知识产权贸易均衡发展。In the context of deepening globalization,as an important carrier of economic activities,the export resilience of cities has become a key indicator for measuring regional economic stability and sustainability.With the advent of the knowledge economy era,intellectual property trade,as an important component of international trade,has gradually highlighted its impact on the resilience of urban exports.Using panel data from 285 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2008 to 2022,this study empirically analyzes how intellectual property trade affects urban export resilience,and constructs mediation effect models and threshold effect models to examine the mechanisms of innovation factor allocation and digital economy.The results indicate that intellectual property trade can enhance the resilience of urban exports,its positive enhancement effect is more significant in the eastern and central regions,cities with higher administrative levels,and technology intensive cities;the allocation of innovative elements is an important transmission mechanism for intellectual property trade to empower urban export resilience,while the digital economy exhibits a threshold effect in the influence of intellectual property trade on urban export resilience.In view of these,the following policy recommendations are proposed:expanding the intellectual property trade market to strengthen the foundation of urban export resilience;optimizing the allocation of innovation factors to enhance the dynamism of urban export resilience;actively promoting the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy to facilitate the development of intellectual property trade;and implementing differentiated development strategies to promote the balanced growth of intellectual property trade.
