摘 要:DNA计算作为合成生物学领域的研究重点,具有潜在的应用价值。鉴于当前人工智能和合成生物学交叉融合并快速发展,分析研判当前DNA计算领域的技术发展态势,有利于我国在相关领域的技术布局和战略规划。基于专利情报分析视角,对全球范围内1982—2023年的合成生物学DNA计算相关专利数据进行检索,从专利申请趋势、技术构成、技术来源国、目标市场、主要申请人、技术集中度等多维度对合成生物学DNA计算技术领域进行发展态势分析。结果发现,进入21世纪以来,DNA计算领域相关技术专利申请增长迅速,中美两国是该领域专利布局的两大领先国家,关键分支领域包括DNA纳米技术、DNA回路和DNA计算相关技术的应用等三方面,相较于美国,中国要加强布局DNA计算在生物治疗、信息处理等领域的技术研发,推动产学研合作和技术的知识产权保护。DNA computing,as a research focus in the field of synthetic biology,has potential application values.Given the current cross fusion and rapid development of artificial intelligence and synthetic biology,analyzing and assessing the current development trend in the field of DNA computing is beneficial for China's technological layout and strategic planning.Based on the perspective of patent intelligence analysis,this paper analyzes the synthetic biology DNA computing related patents data during 1982-2023 worldwide from multiple dimensions including patent application trends,technology composition,technology source countries,target markets,main applicants,and technology concentration.The results show that since the beginning of the 21st century,patent applications in DNA computing related field have grown rapidly,with China and United States being the two leading countries,the key branch areas include DNA nanotechnology,DNA circuits,and the application of DNA computing related technologies.Compared with the United States,our country need to strengthen the layout of DNA computing technology research and development in biological therapy,information processing,and other fields,promoting industry-university-research cooperation,and strengthen the intellectual property rights protection.
