新的社会阶层人士政治参与的实证研究——以江苏省无锡市为例

摘　　要：新的社会阶层人士的政治参与是新时代统一战线的基本任务和重要内容。以江苏省无锡市为研究对象,在厘清新的社会阶层人士基本特征的基础上,通过分析新的社会阶层人士的政治参与现状,指出其政治参与过程中存在着政治参与的能力不强、组织化程度较低以及组织建设工作不够完善等问题,提出强化政治参与引领、健全政治参与机制、优化政治参与保障的相关对策与建议。The political participation of the new social strata is the basic task and important content of the united front work in the new era.Taking Wuxi in Jiangsu Province as the research object,on the basis of clarifying the basic characteristics of the new social strata,through analyzing the present situation of the political participation of the new social strata,the paper points out that there are problems in the process of political participation,such as the weak ability of political participation,the low degree of organization and the imperfect work of organization construction,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on strengthening the guidance of political participation,perfecting the mechanism of political participation and optimizing the guarantee of political participation.
