摘 要:资源化回收利用陶粒加气混凝土砌块生产产生的废水泥浆有益于降低环境污染。试验分析废水泥浆的水质和所含粉体化学成分,发现废水泥浆中的水体能用作混凝土拌合水,粉体与粉煤灰的化学成分和矿物组成接近,废水泥浆可以视为粉煤灰浆体;对废水泥浆的密度和浓度进行试验检测,应用线性分析建立了密度和浓度关系公式,简便地测算废水泥浆中粉体和水体的含量,从而可以快速确定出用废水泥浆取代混凝土时的拌合水和粉煤灰用量。在废水泥浆中的粉体取代粉煤灰和水体用作拌合水的可行性研究基础上,设计废水泥浆的回用系统和回收工艺,提出将全部废水泥浆直接回用于生产陶粒加气混凝土砌块的创新方案。由此,将有助于实现陶粒加气混凝土砌块生产产生的废水泥浆的资源化回收利用,也对混凝土制品生产有节能降耗的意义。The recycling and utilization of wastewater slurry from the production of ceramisite aerated concrete block is beneficial to reducing environmental pollution.Through the test analysis of the water quality and chemical composition of the powder contained in the wastewater slurry,it is found that the water body in the wastewater slurry can be used as concrete mixing water,and the chemical composition and mineral composition of the powder are similar to that of the fly ash,and the wastewater slurry can be regarded as fly ash slurry;After testing the density and concentration of wastewater slurry,the relationship formula of density and concentration is established by linear analysis,which can easily calculate the content of powder and with in wastewater slurry,so as to quickly determine the amount of mixing water and fly ash when replacing concrete with wastewater slurry.Based on the feasibility study of replacing fly ash and water as mixing water with powder in wastewater slurry,the reuse system and recovery process of wastewater slurry were designed,and an innovative scheme was put forward to use all wastewater slurry directly to produce ceramisite aerated concrete block.Therefore,it will be helpful to realize the recycling and utilization of the wastewater slurry produced by the ceramisite aerated concrete block,and also has the significance of energy saving and consumption reduction in the production of concrete products.
