摘 要:利用废旧混凝土再生微粉和水泥开展废弃泥浆的固化试验,是废弃泥浆资源化的有效途径。通过分析废旧混凝土再生微粉和废弃泥浆特性,探讨再生微粉和水泥(两者质量比为3∶7)的混合物固化废弃泥浆的力学性能。结果表明:再生微粉的化学成分与硅酸盐水泥的化学成分很接近,二氧化硅(SiO2)含量较高;再生微粉活性较差,不能将胶砂胶结成型,需要掺入水泥;再生微粉和水泥的混合物可以明显提高废弃泥浆固化物的无侧限抗压强度、黏聚力、抗拉强度;随着再生微粉和水泥用量的增加,水化反应用水量增加,使得废弃泥浆固化物最大干密度呈下降趋势,而最佳含水率呈上升趋势;再生微粉和水泥的添加可以明显提高废弃泥浆固化物的早期强度,但随着养护时间的增加,废弃泥浆固化物内部干缩开裂从而影响抗拉强度;废弃泥浆固化物的抗拉强度、抗剪强度与再生微粉和水泥的混合物的添加量不成正比。研究结果对再生微粉固化废弃泥浆具有一定的指导意义。It is an effective way to recycle waste mud by using recycled concrete powder and cement to carry out solidification test of waste mud.By analyzing the characteristics of recycled micropowder and waste mud of waste concrete,the mechanical properties of waste mud solidified by recycled fine powder and cement mixture(mass ratio of 3∶7)were discussed.The results show that the chemical composition of the recycled micropowder is very close to that of Portland cement and contains high SiO2;however,the recycled micropowder has poor activity and can not be cemented into the cementified sand,so it needs to be mixed with cement;the mixture of recycled micropowder and cement can obviously improve the nonlateral compressive strength,cohesion and tensile strength of the cured fine grained mud;with the increase of the amount of recycled micro powder and cement,the water consumption of hydration reaction increases,which makes the maximum dry density of the solidified waste mud decrease,while the optimum moisture content increases;the addition of recycled micropowder and cement can obviously improve the early strength of the waste mud solidified material,but with the increase of curing time,the waste mud solidified material appears dry shrinkage cracking,which affects the tensile strength;The tensile strength and shear strength of the waste mud solidification are not proportional to the amount of the mixture of recycled micro powder and cement.The research results have certain guiding significance for curing waste mud with recycled micropowder.
