摘　　要：政府补贴在新能源企业创新活动中具有重要作用,但是由于企业的经营模式、创新资源和应对策略不同,政府补贴对不同产业链环节企业的创新影响存在差异性。基于2010—2021年新能源上市公司数据,从产业链视角分样本建立动态面板门槛模型,探究政府补贴对企业创新的影响。研究发现:政府补贴对新能源企业创新水平存在非线性影响,而且政府补贴对不同产业链环节的企业创新水平影响存在差异性。在新能源企业发展初期,政府补贴对于技术密集程度相对较低的中游企业影响程度更大;在企业发展模式较为成熟时,中、下游新能源企业对政策补贴的敏感性降低,而且会对政府补贴形成依赖,降低研发积极性。因此,应该根据产业发展阶段适时调整产业政策,并充分认知不同产业链环节企业发展的差异性,有针对性地调整政策内容和力度。Government subsidies play an important role in the innovation activities of new energy enterprises,but due to differences in business models,innovation resources,and response strategies,the impact of government subsidies on innovation varies among enterprises in different links of the industry chain.Based on the data of new energy listed companies from 2010 to 2021,a dynamic panel threshold model is established from the perspective of the industrial chain to explore the impact of government subsidies on enterprise innovation.The study found that government subsidies have a nonlinear impact on the innovation level of new energy enterprises,and there are differences in the impact of government subsidies on the innovation level of enterprises in different links of the industrial chain.In the early stages of new energy enterprise development,government subsidies have a greater impact on midstream enterprises with relatively low technology intensity;when the enterprise development model is more mature,midstream and downstream new energy enterprises are less sensitive to policy subsidies,and will become dependent on government subsidies,reducing their enthusiasm for research and development.Therefore,government should timely adjust industrial policies according to the stage of industrial development,fully recognize the differences in the development of enterprises in different industrial chain links,and adjust the content and intensity of policies.
