“全融合”视域下京津冀红色文旅发展路径探索

摘　　要：融合发展,是当今中国红色文旅发展的一大主题。京津冀红色文旅在区域、主题、资源等方面的融合发展已取得一定成效,进一步的全面融合发展势在必行。“全融合”视域下京津冀红色文旅的发展路径,就是分别实现红色文旅的区域“全融合”、主题“全融合”、资源“全融合”。具体而言,在区域融合上,不能仅限于各自市域省域内的“小融合”,还要谋求全国乃至世界范围内的“大融合”;在主题融合上,可与其他各主题的旅游线路相融合,从红色文旅到“多彩”文旅,从而构建起“大红色文旅”模式;在资源融合上,用好政府和市场“两只手”,融合可用于红色文旅发展的各种资源,尤其是高校教育科研资源,在智库建设和产教融合基础上,努力实现“产教研”大融合。这种“全融合”的发展路径,不仅可以繁荣红色文旅,而且可以有力地带动京津冀教育、科研等红色文旅相关产业的全面发展。Integrated development is a major theme in the current red culture and tourism development in China.The regional,thematic and resource integration of red culture and tourism in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has achieved certain effects,but further comprehensive integration is imperative.The development path of red culture and tourism in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the perspective of“full integration”is to achieve the regional,thematic,and resource integration of red culture and tourism in all aspects.Specifically,in terms of regional integration,it should not be limited to“small integration”within individual city or province,but should seek“big integration”on the national and even global scale;in terms of thematic integration,it can be integrated with tourism routes of other themes,evolving from red culture and tourism to a“colorful”tourism model,thereby establishing a“big red culture and tourism”model;in terms of resource integration,it is essential to leverage both government and market forces,which can be implemented in all available resources for the development of red culture and tourism,particularly the educational and research resources of universities,and strives to achieve“industry-education-research”integration based on think tank construction and industry-education integration.This“full integration”development path will not only promote the prosperity of red culture and tourism,but also significantly drive the comprehensive development of related industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,such as education,and scientific research.
