京南永定河流域红色文化的历史生成、发展轨迹与发掘利用

摘　　要：京南永定河流域红色文化生成于永定河下游洪泛区,独特地域文化与近代历史际遇的交汇造就了其特性。其发展轨迹,奠基于晚清民初,形成于大革命和第一次国内革命战争时期,发展、成熟于抗日战争、解放战争期间。在不同发展阶段,京南永定河流域红色文化体现了不同的精神指向,包括五四精神、建党精神和抗战精神等。目前京南永定河流域红色文化的发掘与运用还存在诸多短板。要想将京南永定河流域红色文化打造成具有鲜明特色与广泛影响力的文化品牌,廊坊市须在京津冀一体化框架下加强与京津两地的合作与交流,通过政策引导、学术研究、普及教育与产业发展等多方面的努力与探索,促进文旅融合发展。The red culture in the Jingnan Yongding River Basin originated in the downstream floodplain of the Yongding River.The intersection of the unique regional culture and modern historical encounters has shaped its characteristics.Its development trajectory was established in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,formed during the Great Revolution and the First Revolutionary Civil War,and developed and matured during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation.At different stages of development,the red culture in the Jingnan Yongding River Basin reflects various spiritual orientations,including the May 4th spirit,the Party-founding spirit,and the War of Resistance spirit.There are still many shortcomings in the exploration and utilization of red culture in this region.To transform the red culture of the Jingnan Yongding River Basin into a distinctive and influential cultural brand,Langfang needs to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with Beijing and Tianjin under the framework of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration.Efforts and explorations in multiple aspects,including policy guidance,academic research,popular education,and industrial development,are required to promote the integration and development of culture and tourism.
