京津冀协同视角下河北红色文化发展研究

摘　　要：红色文化是中国共产党带领广大人民在长期革命、建设、改革的实践中创造出来的,它能够提振精神、鼓舞斗志,是我国对外彰显文化自信自强的底气。河北红色文化起源于河北大地,经过长期的积淀和发展,其文化形式多样、特征独特,而且深刻的历史内涵对社会和人民产生了深远的影响。当前,河北红色文化发展成就显著,但管理体制不健全,导致红色文化挖掘与开发不够深入;传统思维固化,导致红色文化资源开发缺乏整合性;区域协同合力尚未形成,导致红色文化开发缺乏战略协作。鉴于此,应在京津冀协同视角下完善管理体制,提高红色文化保护和开发的能力;拓宽创新渠道,革新红色文化开发理念;加强行业性和区域性合作,健全协同发展战略机制,从而使河北红色文化得到更好的开发与利用。Red culture was created by the people under the leadership of the CPC in the long-term practice of revolution,construction and reform.It serves to uplift spirits,inspire determination,and acts as the foundation for China to demonstrate its cultural confidence and strength.Hebei’s red culture,originating from the land of Hebei,has undergone long-term accumulation and development.It features diverse forms and unique characteristics,and its profound historical connotations have exerted far-reaching impacts on the society and the people.At present,while significant achievements have been made in the development of Hebei’s red culture,there are still challenges.The management system is imperfect,leading to insufficient exploration and development of red culture.Traditional mindsets are inflexible,resulting in a lack of integration in the development of red cultural resources.The regional collaborative synergy has not yet been formed,leading to a lack of strategic cooperation in red culture development.In view of this,it is necessary to improve the management system and enhance the ability to protect and develop red culture from the perspective of coordination between Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei;expand innovation channels and innovate the concept of red culture development;strengthen industry and regional cooperation,improve the coordinated development strategy mechanism,so as to better develop and utilize Hebei’s red culture.
