摘　　要：“内卷文化”作为青年亚文化领域的一种新兴表现形式,深刻映射了社会转型期间所经历的阶段性挑战与不适,它是对当前社会中部分青年群体在高度竞争环境下生存状态的直观反映,揭示了过度竞争背后所隐藏的生存压力与困境。青年“内卷”现象的发酵与时代特质、数字媒介、青年主体等因素密切相关。长期“内卷”给青年带来危害身心健康、消解社会认可、弱化政治认同的潜在风险。基于此,要从组织协同、智能媒介、青年主体等多个角度共同发力,引导青年群体培育健康心态,成长为堪当民族复兴大任的新时代好青年。“Involution culture”,as an emerging form of youth subculture,profoundly reflects the phased challenges and discomforts experienced during social transformation.It is an intuitive reflection of how some youth groups survive in a highly competitive environment,revealing the hidden pressures and dilemmas caused by excessive competition.The development of the youth“involution”phenomenon is closely related to factors such as the characteristics of the times,digital media,and the youth subject.Prolonged“involution”poses potential risks,such as damaging physical and mental health,eroding social recognition,and weakening political identity.Based on this,it is necessary to make efforts from multiple perspectives,such as organizational coordination,smart media,and the youth subject,to guide youth groups in cultivating a healthy mindset and growing into the youth of new-generation who can shoulder the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
