课程思政背景下大学生就业指导教育的立体化路径研究

摘　　要：大学生就业指导教育是指帮助大学生树立正确的择业观,包括结合就业形势引导大学生树立正确的就业观、指导大学生根据自身条件进行职业规划、对大学生进行求职技巧培训、帮助筛选就业信息以拓宽就业渠道等,是大课程思政的重要组成部分,也是推进“三全育人”落地的有效载体。课程思政影响大学生就业指导教育的前瞻性和全面性,左右大学生就业的大局观及灵活性,对大学生就业指导教育具有导航作用。但当前课程思政背景下的大学生就业指导教育中仍有全员性参与不够、全程性存在不足、全方位尚有欠缺等问题。要对症施治解决这些问题,就需要构建大学生就业指导立体化教育路径,在人员、时间、空间上实现全覆盖,全员、全过程、全方位贯彻立德树人的教育理念,为毕业生顺利就业保驾护航。Employment guidance education for college students refers to helping them establish a correct career outlook,including guiding students to form a proper view of employment based on the job market situation,assisting them with career planning based on their individual conditions,training them in job-seeking skills,and helping to filter employment information to expand employment channels.This is a vital part of comprehensive ideological and political education in the curriculum and an effective platform for implementing the approach of“education involving everyone,everything,and everywhere”.Ideological and political education in curriculum influences the foresight and comprehensiveness of employment guidance education,shapes the holistic perspective and flexibility of college students in their job-seeking endeavors and serves as a navigational tool for their employment guidance education.However,there are still issues in current employment guidance education,such as insufficient participation from all students,incomplete process coverage,and a lack of comprehensive strategies.To address these challenges,a multi-dimensional path of employment guidance education needs to be constructed.This approach should ensure full coverage in terms of personnel,time,and space,and thoroughly implement the educational philosophy of fostering morality and educating people,involving all personnel,process and aspects,with the aim of safeguarding the smooth employment of graduates.
