摘 要:以西庞井9303工作面为研究背景,制定了水力压裂切顶卸压方案、打钻工艺流程和水力压裂工艺流程,确定了切顶角度为45°,切顶高度为31.71 m。通过现场实测,对切顶卸压后的巷道围岩变形量进行了分析。结果表明:轨道巷顶板、底板、左帮和右帮的最大变形量分别为78、128、42、35 mm。带式输送机巷顶板、底板、左帮和右帮的最大变形量分别为80、335、90、165 mm。轨道巷浅部基点和深部基点的最大离层量为55 mm和6 mm。带式输送机巷浅部基点和深部基点的最大离层量为39 mm和7 mm,均小于60 mm,处于安全范围内。9303工作面切顶卸压后,可保障巷道的安全稳定。Taking the 9303 working face of Xipang well as the research background,the roof cutting and pressure relief scheme,drilling process flow and hydraulic fracturing process flow are formulated.The cutting angle is determined to be 45°and the cutting height is 31.71 m.Through field measurement,the displacement of surrounding rock after roof cutting and pressure relief is analyzed.Results show that the maximum displacement of roof,floor,left side and right side for track roadway are 78 mm,128 mm,42 mm and 35 mm,respectively.The maximum displacement of roof,floor,left side and right side for belt roadway are 80 mm,335 mm,90 mm and 165 mm,respectively.The maximum separation of shallow and deep base points in the track roadway is 55 mm and 6 mm,respectively.The maximum separation of shallow and deep base points in the belt roadway is 39 mm and 7 mm,respectively.The separation is less than 60 mm,which is within the safe range.The 9303 working face can ensure the stability of the roadway after roof cutting and pressure relief.
