摘 要:为使综采(放)工作面液压支架安全、高效回撤,基于支架基本参数、撤架工艺等因素,理论计算出支架回撤通道的宽度、高度,并对回撤通道顶板支护方式进行优化设计,采用锚杆(锚索)主动支护方式,代替探头工字钢加贴帮单体支柱的传统支护方式,提高了支架回撤施工的安全性,降低了劳动强度,实现了液压支架的安全快速回撤。In order to ensure the safe and efficient retraction of the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized mining(caving)working face,based on factors such as the basic parameters of the support and the retraction process,the width and height of the support retraction channel were theoretically calculated,and the roof support method of the retraction channel was optimized.The anchor rod(anchor cable)main support method was used to replace the traditional support method of the probe I-beam and the attached single pillar,which improved the safety of the support retraction construction and reduced labor intensity,realize safe and fast retraction of hydraulic supports.
