摘 要:为解决某铁矿破碎围岩区域回采稳定性问题,采用预控顶分段空场嗣后充填采矿法安全高效回采,开展预控顶巷道支护方案优化研究。以某铁矿北部区域破碎矿体为研究对象,结合矿体赋存条件、预控顶作用机理及岩体稳定性等因素,提出预控顶分段空场嗣后充填采矿法的技术方案;其次结合现有采切工程布置方案,对采矿方法进行优化,提出了“锚网喷+短锚索+长锚索”的护顶巷联合支护方法。现场实践验证,该预控顶支护技术适合破碎围岩矿体的开采技术条件,具有采场稳定性好、损失贫化率低、综合回采成本低等优点,取得良好应用效果,研究成果可为类似矿山高效回采提供一定的参考。In order to solve the problem of mining stability in the area of crushed surrounding rocks of an iron ore mine,safe and efficient mining is carried out by adopting the pre-control roof segmented empty field subsequent filling mining method,and the optimisation of the pre-control roof roadway support scheme is carried out.Taking the broken ore body in the northern region of an iron ore mine as the research object,combined with the conditions of the ore body,the mechanism of the pre-control roof action and the stability of the rock body,put forward the technical scheme of the pre-control roof segmented empty field subsequent filling mining method;secondly,combined with the existing mining and cutting engineering layout,optimize the mining method and put forward the joint support of the roof lane with the method of"anchor net spraying+short anchors+long anchors".Field practice verification,the pre-control roof support technology is suitable for the mining technology conditions of broken peripheral rock ore body,good stability of the quarry,low loss of depletion rate,low comprehensive cost of recovery,etc.,to achieve good application results,the research results can be similar to the mines provide a certain reference for efficient recovery.
