摘 要:以招贤煤矿投料井实施为例,进行了相关技术研究分析,首先采用小尺寸钻头钻取投料井先导孔至设计靶点位置,利用泥浆脉冲无线随钻与旋转磁测距系统相互协同使得先导孔与设计靶点连通。由于招贤煤矿投料井先导孔钻进至井底期间漏失情况,将二开井段实施分为两部分,采用井上下协同方式分别从地面与井下实施投料井二开钻进、下套管、固井作业。优化了适于招贤煤矿区穿越巨厚安定组泥岩段钻井液,保障了该泥岩层段快速钻进,下套管无遇阻情况发生。先导孔钻进、钻井液优化及二开井段两部分井上下协同实施等关键技术是保障招贤煤矿投料井顺利成功完钻的保障,为后续类似地质工况矿井实施投料井提供了宝贵经验。Taking the implementation of the feeding well in Zhaoxian coal mine as an example,relevant technical research and analysis were conducted.Firstly,a small-sized drill bit was used to drill the pilot hole of the feeding well to the design target position,and the mud pulse wireless drilling and rotating magnetic distance measurement system were used to cooperate with each other to connect the pilot hole with the design target.Due to the leakage situation during the drilling of the pilot hole of the feeding well in Zhaoxian coal mine to the bottom of the well,the implementation of the second opening section was divided into two parts,and a coordinated approach was adopted to carry out the second opening drilling,casing installation,and cementing operations of the feeding well from the ground and underground respectively.The drilling fluid has been optimized suitable for crossing the thick and stable mudstone section in the Zhaoxian coal mine area,ensuring rapid drilling and unobstructed casing in this mudstone layer.The key technologies such as pilot hole drilling,drilling fluid optimization,and coordinated implementation of the two parts of the well in the second section are the guarantee for the successful completion of the feeding well in Zhaoxian coal mine,providing valuable experience for the implementation of feeding wells in similar geological conditions in subsequent mines.
