摘 要:红二煤矿矿井水文地质中等,断层多,+515 m水平轨道大巷围岩较软,岩性破碎,受大埋深、高应力影响,巷道支护失效,底板底鼓等问题尤为突出。针对以上问题,以+515 m水平轨道大巷为例,在支护技术、装备及管理上不断摸索和试验,采用锚网索喷+全断面注浆加固支护技术,通过顶板钻孔窥视、表面位移监测、巷道顶板离层监测、巷道锚杆(索)受力监测分析,最终完成红二煤矿+515 m水平轨道大巷的修复工程。经过近2 a的观测,巷道变形量及修复效果满足安全生产需要。研究结果为红二煤矿乃至类似条件矿井安全生产、巷道修复工作提供了重要的技术支撑。The hydrogeology of the Hong′er coal mine is moderate,with many faults.The surrounding rock of the+515 m horizontal track roadway is relatively soft,and the rock is fragmented.Due to the influence of large burial depth and high stress,the support of the roadway is ineffective,and problems such as floor heave are particularly prominent.In response to the above issues,taking the+515 m horizontal track roadway as an example,continuous exploration and testing were carried out in support technology,equipment,and management.The support technology was reinforced by anchor mesh cable spraying and full section grouting.Through roof drilling observation,surface displacement monitoring,roadway roof separation monitoring,and roadway anchor rod(cable)force monitoring analysis,the repair project of the+515 m horizontal track roadway in Hong′er coal mine was finally completed.After nearly two years of observation,the deformation and repair effect of the roadway meet the needs of safety production.The research results provide important technical support for the safety production and tunnel repair work of Hong′er coal mine and similar mines.
