摘 要:煤矿井下防尘是保障作业人员职业安全健康的重要工作。选取常见的2种表面活性剂,测试了其不同浓度下液滴的表面张力,以及在不同煤样表面的接触角,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪测试分析了导致2种表面活性剂润湿性能差异的微观机制。结果表明:相比于SDSB,CAB-35在低浓度条件下溶液表面张力即可达到稳定,具有更强的润湿能力;接触角测试中,对HB和XA煤样润湿效果的表面活性剂分别为SDSB和CAB-35;XA煤样具有较高含量的亲水性石英矿物和带负电荷的含氧官能团,导致其对CAB-35具有较强亲和性能。优选最佳表面活性剂对工程应用具有较强的技术指导意义。Dust prevention in underground coal mines is an important work to protect the occupational safety and health of the operators.Two common surfactants were selected,and the surface tension of the droplets at different concentrations and the contact angles on the surfaces of different coal samples were tested,and the microscopic mechanisms leading to the differences in the wetting performance of the two surfactants were analyzed by Fourier infrared spectroscopy.The results show that CAB-35 has a stronger wetting ability than SDSB,and the surface tension of the solution can be stabilized at a low concentration;in the contact angle test,the surfactants with better wetting effect on HB and XA samples are SDSB and CAB-35,respectively;the XA samples have a higher content of hydrophilic quartz minerals and negatively charged oxygen-containing functional groups,which lead to a stronger affinity for CAB-35.The optimization of the best surfactant has strong technical guidance significance for engineering applications.
