松软煤层条带预抽底板梳状孔成孔及飞管完孔技术研究

摘  要:松软煤层煤质松软、透气性差,常规煤巷条带瓦斯治理采用“底板巷+穿层钻孔”治理模式存在工程量大、周期长、成本高等问题,随着煤矿井下定向钻进技术的发展,采用底板梳状孔进行煤巷条带瓦斯消突、预抽成为松软煤层瓦斯超前治理的新方法,但还存在煤岩层交替定向钻进施工、梳状煤层分支孔定位下筛管等关键技术问题。针对淮南张集矿底板条带梳状孔,进行了底板梳状钻孔轨迹设计分析、梳状孔成孔工艺研究、分支孔飞管完孔工艺研究及配套装置的研制,在张集矿1223(3)运顺底抽巷施工3个梳状钻孔,孔深450 m以上,9个煤层分支孔均成功下入飞管,最大飞管长度202 m。结果表明,采用气液交替定向钻进技术进行底板梳状瓦斯消突、预抽效率高,气力输送飞管护孔工艺可实现煤层分支孔飞管完孔,使煤孔段有效护孔,形成了一套底板梳状孔成孔和飞管护孔技术,为松软煤层底板梳状孔条带瓦斯治理提供了新技术。The soft and broken coal seam has the characteristics of soft and poor permeability.Usually the strip gas is controled by bottom roadway and cross-measure boreholes,which has disadvantages such as large engineering volume,long construction period,and high cost.With the development of directional drilling technology and equipment,the comb-shaped hole is used for strip gas pre-drainage in soft coal seams as a new method,but the problem of switching of directional drilling method in coal seams and rock,and screen pipe completion in branch hole needs to be solved.Aiming at the combshaped hole for strip gas pre-drainage in the floor of Zhangji coal mine,the trajectory of comb-shaped hole in the floor was designed and analyzed,the drilling process and the positioning completion technology in the branch hole were studied,and the supporting device was developed.After field test,three boreholes were drilled in 1223(3)roadway,and the length of hole is more than 450 meters.The positioning screen pipes were successfully installed in nine branch holes,and the maximum length of positioning screen pipe is 202 meters.The results show that it is highly efficient for gas outburst elimination by the gas and water conversion directional drilling technology,the hole was effectively protected by positioning screen pipe.A set of comb-shaped hole drilling and positioning screen pipe completion technology has been formed,which provides a new technology for strip gas control in soft coal seam floor.
