摘 要:煤矿降尘是一项关系生产安全和员工健康的极为重要的长期性工作,以智能化煤尘综合治理为目标,可拓工程方法为基础,通过物元、事元模型,清晰表述物件及事件,进而应用拓展分析及可拓变换方法,对所表示的物元和事元进行变换,实现煤矿喷雾除尘方案的生成。利用可拓工程方法的基元模型对降尘方式等特征进行建模、拓展,并针对矿井中不同阶段、场景进行粉尘浓度检测与预测,通过对降尘方式的组合与拓展,在煤矿作业中应用智能化技术喷雾降尘,使气水喷雾降尘的效果得到显著提升。通过在矿井采煤中的粉尘降尘为例,初步实现了降尘方案的生成,验证了可拓工程方法与人工智能技术结合的降尘方式的有效性。Dust reduction in coal mines is a highly important long-term task related to production safety and employee health.This work aims for intelligent comprehensive dust control and is based on the method of extension engineering.By utilizing matter-element and affair-element models,the entities and events are clearly articulated.Subsequently,extensible analysis and extension transformation methods are applied to the represented objects and events,facilitating the generation of spray dust suppression schemes for coal mines.Using the basic-element model of extension engineering,dust reduction methods and their characteristics are modeled and extended.Additionally,dust concentration detection and prediction are conducted for different stages and scenarios within the mine.By combining and extending dust suppression methods,intelligent spraying technology is applied in coal mining operations,significantly enhancing the effectiveness of gas-water spray dust suppression.Taking dust reduction during coal mining as an example,the initial generation of dust suppression schemes has been achieved,verifying the effectiveness of combining extension engineering methods with artificial intelligence technology for dust control.
