周期性漏风对水峪煤矿采空区自燃的影响研究

摘  要:了解风速变化对采空区煤自燃演化的影响,对保证煤矿安全开采具有重要意义,为此,基于实验平台分析了风速对巷道通风的影响,利用CFD数值模拟软件模拟了采空区风速场、氧浓度场和煤炭自燃危险区域的变化特征。结果表明:局部通风机风速变化与工作面风速呈负相关关系;“周期性加速”通风导致固定监测点温度升高,最高温度比正常通风条件下达到的时间晚;风速变化周期与采空区最高温度呈正相关,高风速导致温度的更大幅度上升;采空区监测点温度、最大内部温度对“周期性减速”扰动气流更为敏感。研究结果可为防治采空区煤的自燃提供重要参考。Understanding the influence of wind speed change on the evolution of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf is of great significance to ensure the safe mining of coal mines,for this reason,the influence of wind speed on the ventilation of the roadway was analyzed based on the experimental platform,and the CFD numerical simulation software was used to simulate the change characteristics of the goaf wind speed field,the oxygen concentration field,and the spontaneous combustion hazardous area of coal in the goaf.The results show that:The change of local ventilation fan wind speed is negatively correlated with the wind speed of the working face;the"cyclic acceleration"ventilation leads to the increase of temperature at the fixed monitoring point,and the maximum temperature is reached later than that under the normal ventilation condition;the period of wind speed change is positively correlated with the maximum temperature of the goaf,and the high wind speed leads to the larger increase of the temperature;and the temperature of the monitoring point of the goaf,the maximum internal temperature is more sensitive to the"periodic deceleration"of the disturbed airflow.The results of the study can provide an important reference for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf.
