摘 要:为揭示钻孔间距参数对深部厚煤层顺层抽采效果的影响规律,以山东某矿7301工作面为背景,采用现场监测的方法,对3#煤层顺层抽采孔布置参数开展了现场研究,研究结果表明:(1)随着抽采天数增加,瓦斯抽采量呈指数函数下降,且衰减系数呈增大的趋势;(2)随着钻孔间距的增大,单日瓦斯抽采纯量呈指数函数型下降趋势,抽采达标时间呈增长趋势;(3)综合考虑达标天数、工程量、经济,确定3#煤层顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采间距为4 m,经工程实践表明,7301工作面残余瓦斯压力下降至0.53 MPa以下,预抽采时间为134 d,抽采纯量10452.7 m^(3),抽采率29.87%,满足预期。研究结果可为类似工况提供借鉴。To investigate the influence of borehole spacing parameters on the effectiveness of in-seam gas drainage in deep thick coal seams,we conducted a field study at the 7301 working face of a mine in Shandong province.Using field monitoring methods,we examined the layout parameters of in-seam drainage holes in the No.3 coal seam.The research results showed that:(1)As the number of extraction days increased,the watts extraction amount decreased exponentially,and the attenuation coefficient showed an increasing trend.(2)As the spacing between boreholes increases,the daily gas extraction volume shows an exponential function decreasing trend,while the time to meet the extraction standard shows an increasing trend.(3)Taking into account the number of days required to meet the standards,engineering quantity,and economy,the gas extraction spacing for the No.3 coal seam boreholes is determined to be 4 m.Engineering practice has shown that the residual gas pressure in the 7301 working face has decreased to below 0.53 MPa,with a pre extraction time of 134 days,a pure extraction volume of 10452.7 m^(3),and a extraction rate of 29.87%,meeting expectations.The research results can provide reference for similar working conditions.
