摘 要:采煤工作面顶板离层突水灾害事故发生时,有3点主要表现:(1)主采4#煤层上覆主要充水水源是洛河组砂岩含水层,水利联系横向强、纵向弱,很难疏放,采空区裂缝带导通富水性强的含水层,回采过程中造成顶板离层突水导致淹面。(2)发生水灾事故后,采取了水文预警预报、分层开采、保水开采等补救措施,但是仍然不能从根本上解决水灾问题,接连有发生数次突水淹面险情,造成不良影响。(3)由于老采区投产较早,物探和钻探没有及时跟上,在地质资料不很清楚的前提下采掘生产发生水灾。为了减少水害发生,提出了有针对性的防治措施:提出构建采区低位疏排水系统工程,治理采区重大防治水解决方案。具体要求在每个采煤工作面中部底板岩层中沿走向掘进低位泄水巷,通过运输顺槽、泄水孔、泄水联巷、泄水巷、防水闸门各个泄水通道与采区水仓保持畅通,让顶板涌水沿着疏水通道顺流而下进入采区水仓,达到有效疏排水减灾目标。对水害先治后采,为安全生产保驾护航。When a water inrush disaster occurs on the roof of the coal mining face,there are three main manifestations:(1)The main water source for the overlying water of the No.4 coal seam in the main mining is the s andstone aquifer of the Luohe formation,with strong horizontal and weak vertical water conservancy connections,making it difficult to release.The cracks in the goaf area lead to the water rich aquifer,which causes water inrush from the roof during the mining process and leads to flooding.(2)After the occurrence of a flood accident,remedial measures such as hydrological warning and forecasting,layered mining,and water conservation mining were taken,but the flood problem still cannot be fundamentally solved.There have been several incidents of sudden water flooding,causing adverse effects.(3)Due to the early production of the old mining area,geophysical exploration and drilling did not keep up in a timely manner,resulting in flooding during mining production with unclear geological data.In order to reduce the occurrence of water disasters,targeted prevention and control measures have been proposed:a solution for major water prevention and control in mining areas has been proposed by constructing a low-level drainage system engineering project.Specifically,it is required to excavate a low level drainage roadway along the direction in the middle floor rock layer of each coal mining face.The drainage channels and water storage tanks in the mining area should be kept unobstructed through transportation channels,drainage holes,drainage connecting tunnels,drainage tunnels,and waterproof gates,so that the roof water can flow down along the drainage channels and enter the mining area water storage tanks,achieving the goal of effective drainage and disaster reduction.To treat water disasters first and then take measures to ensure safety in production。
