摘 要:以察哈素煤矿3-1煤层工作面为背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟和现场实践对浅埋藏厚煤层煤层群开采三维漏风规律进行研究,研究结果表明:当开采下层煤时,受重复采动影响,覆岩出现采动裂隙,这些裂隙形成层间连通,使工作面与邻近采空区、上覆采空区、地表之间构成复杂三维漏风系统;当地表存在漏风时,上下煤层采空区氧气浓度均呈条带分布,与工作面同一距离位置,下煤层采空区回风侧氧气浓度基本都小于进风侧氧气浓度,而上煤层采空区内氧气浓度分布呈不同分布状态。多层采空区内氧化带范围由下到上呈先降低后增大的趋势;针对察哈素煤矿3-1煤层推采过程中采空区漏风防控难题,提出“喷注+二次堵漏+两道两线隔断+减风降压+地表裂隙回填”综合三维漏风防治技术。Based on the 3-1 coal seam working face of Chahasu coal mine,through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation and field practice of shallow buried coal seam group of thick coal seam mining 3D air leakage law research study,the results show that when the mining lower coal,affected by repeated mining strata appear mining-induced fractures,the fissure connectivity between cambium,on the working face and the adjacent goaf under goaf,a complex three-dimensional air leakage system is formed between the surfaces.Local table air leak,up and down coal mined-out area are in strips the oxygen concentration distribution,and face the same distance,mining coal under the return air side basic oxygen concentration are smaller than in the wind side oxygen concentration,and oxygen concentration distribution in goaf of coal seam in different distribution state multilayer goaf in the oxidation zone range from bottom to top showed a trend of increase after the first reduce;Aiming at the problem of air leakage prevention and control in the goaf in the process of 3-1 coal seam pushing and mining in Chahasu coal mine,a comprehensive three-dimensional air leakage prevention and control technology of injection+secondary plugging+two road and two line partition+air reduction and pressure reduction+surface fracture backfilling is proposed.
