采动覆岩裂隙发育规律及其在卸压瓦斯抽采中的应用

摘  要:通过物理相似材料模拟、数值模拟和现场测试等方法,研究试验工作面煤层采动覆岩的垮落范围与形态、离层率、裂隙密度、碎胀特征等,确定卸压瓦斯优势通道进行高位定向长钻孔现场工业性实验。结果表明:切眼侧的离层裂隙宽度为16 m,采场断裂角为57°;工作面侧的离层裂隙宽度为12 m,采场断裂角为53°~68°。工作面每推进12~16 m发生1次来压,平均13.1 m。裂隙密度、覆岩碎胀系数呈两峰分布,回风巷侧覆岩采动裂隙更丰富。设计钻孔层位位于距煤层顶板高20~50 m,距回风巷25~50 m的范围内时,现场瓦斯抽采效果较好。Through physical similarity material simulation,numerical simulation and on-site testing methods,the collapsed range and morphology of the overburden rock after mining collapse of the coal seam in the test working face are studied,and the dominant channel of the unloaded gas is determined to carry out on-site industrial experiments of high-level directional long-drilling holes.The results show that:the width of the off-gradient fissure on the side of the cutting eye is 16 m,and the fracture angle of the quarry is 57°;the width of the off-gradient fissure on the side of the working face is 12 m,and the fracture angle of the quarry is 53°-68°.Every 12-16 m of the working face advancement occurs once,the average is 13.1 m.The fissure density and overburden expansion coefficient show a bimodal distribution,and the overburden rock on the side of the return airway is more abundant in mining fissures.When the designed drilling level is located within the range of 20-50 m from the top plate of the coal seam and 25-50 m from the return airway,the gas extraction effect on site is better.
