摘 要:通风除尘是矿山最基本的防尘手段。为了获得巷道最优除尘风量,建立了采空区和多尘源高度模拟的物理模型。此外,结合数值模拟方法,分析了风量对粉尘源扩散规律的影响。研究结果表明:在风量为700~1600 m^(3)/min时,随着风量的增大,综采工作面粉尘质量浓度逐渐降低;但是,较高的空气流速会引起粉尘的再次夹带,再次污染工作环境。确定进风的最佳除尘风量在1500~1600 m^(3)/min时,在适合正常运行的工作区内产生的平均粉尘最低。该风量范围可作为矿井通风设计的参考,为煤矿工人提供清洁安全的生产环境。此外,研究方法和成果对制定和发展有效的防尘除尘清洁生产技术具有重要意义,可为非煤矿、隧道等地下工程的通风设计提供参考。Ventilation and dust removal are the most basic means of dust prevention in mines.In order to obtain the optimal dust removal air volume in the tunnel,a physical model was established for simulating the height of goaf and multiple dust sources.In addition,combined with numerical simulation methods,the influence of flow rate on the diffusion law of dust sources was analyzed.The research results indicate that within a certain range of 700-1600 m^(3)/min,with the increase of air volume,the dust concentration of fully mechanized working flour gradually decreases;However,high air flow rates can cause dust to re entrain and contaminate the working environment.The optimal dust removal air volume for air intake is determined to be within the range of 1500-1600 m^(3)/min,which is the lowest average dust quality generated in a working area suitable for normal operation.This air volume range can serve as a reference for mine ventilation design,providing a clean and safe production environment for coal miners.In addition,the research methods and achievements are of great significance for the formulation and development of effective dust prevention and cleaning production technologies,and can provide reference for the ventilation design of underground projects such as non coal mines and tunnels.
