摘 要:煤层产出的煤粉是煤层气井生产运行的重要难题之一,煤粉通过气、水产出聚集在井筒或泵筒中,极易造成井下故障,因频繁修井作业造成的排采中断对煤层气生产井的产能释放影响极大。针对以上问题,研究了基于循环注水原理的便携式回注水工艺和固定式回注水工艺技术,论述了井下煤粉的危害、回注水工艺原理、施工参数优化、现场应用效果、设备常见故障及处理措施等。通过现场试验证明该工艺技术可有效携带井下煤粉,显著提高了生产井运行稳定性,降低了井下故障率,从而提高生产井的采收率,具有很好的应用前景。Coal powder produced from coal seams is one of the important challenges in the production and operation of coalbed methane wells.Coal powder accumulates in the wellbore or pump barrel through gas and water production,which can easily cause underground failures.The interruption of extraction caused by frequent well repair operations has a great impact on the production capacity release of coalbed methane production wells.In response to the above issues,this article studies portable reinjection water technology and fixed reinjection water technology based on the principle of circulating water injection.It discusses the hazards of underground coal powder,the principle of reinjection water technology,optimization of construction parameters,and on-site application effects.Through on-site experiments,it has been proven that this process technology can effectively carry coal powder underground,significantly improve the stability of production well operation,reduce the failure rate underground,and thus improve the recovery rate of production wells,with good application prospects.
