摘  要:针对唐口煤业7310综放工作面的自燃“三带”范围确定,创新提出一种基于氧气浓度、漏风流场以及浮煤分布的综合分析综放采空区“空间自燃三带”划分方法,通过数值模拟方法,确定采空区空间自燃“三带”空间参数,模拟结果显示沿走向距底板0.5、2、4 m高度的氧化带范围分别为14.8~55.3、17.5~58.8、16.4~47.9 m,确定了进风顺槽、回风顺槽采空区垂直方向的氧化带范围,并通过现场实测验证划分方法的正确性,能精确地识别和预测采空区内自燃的风险区域,为采矿安全管理提供一种新的技术支撑。Aiming at determining the scope of spontaneous combustion"three zones"in 7310 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Tangkou coal industry,innovatively put forward a comprehensive analysis of"three zones of spatial spontaneous combustion"division method in the comprehensive mining area based on the concentration of oxygen,leakage wind flow field and floating coal distribution,and determined the spatial parameters of"three zones of spatial spontaneous combustion"in the mining area through numerical simulation method.Through numerical simulation,the spatial parameters of the"three zones"in the space of spontaneous combustion in the air mining area are determined,and the simulation results show that the oxidized zones along the strike direction at a height of 0.5 m,2 m,and 4 m from the bottom plate are 14.8-55.3 m,17.5-58.8 m,and 16.4-47.9 m,and the oxidized zone ranges in the vertical direction of the air mining area in the inlet and return chutes are determined,and the oxidized zone ranges in the vertical direction in the field are determined through the on-site simulation.The scope of the oxidized zone in the vertical direction of the air intake downturn and return downturn mining zone is determined,and the correctness of the delineation method is verified by on-site measurements,which can accurately identify and predict the risk area of spontaneous combustion in the air intake zone,and provide a new technical support for the safety management of mining.
