摘 要:为有效抑制采空区煤炭自燃,研制了基于茶多酚阻燃微胶囊(TSRM)的新型泡沫凝胶防灭火材料(CDSFG-TSRM),该材料由水玻璃(WG)、辛基酚乙氧基化物、茶多酚、发泡剂(CFA)和石蜡组成,集凝胶覆盖、阻化剂阻断、泡沫扩散和惰性气体防灭火的优点于一体。对制备出的新型泡沫凝胶灭火材料进行了材料性能和阻燃特性测试,探讨了新型泡沫凝胶材料的阻燃机理。研究结果表明:CDSFG-TSRM材料发泡成胶体系最佳配比为WG(6%~7%)、CFA(0.7%)、TSRM(0.1%),CO_(2)通入量560~640 mL;以茶多酚阻燃微胶囊(TSRM)为核心的泡沫凝胶体系具有优良的阻化性能,气泡结构均匀,阻化率达到56.09%。研究成果为阻燃材料领域的研究提供了新的思路和方法,具有重要的理论和现实意义。In order to effectively inhibit the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf,a new foam gel fire-extinguishing material(CDSFG-TSRM)based on tea polyphenol fire-retardant microcapsules(TSRM)was developed.The material consists of water glass(WG),octyl phenol ethoxylate,tea polyphenols,foaming agent(CFA)and paraffin,and integrates the advantages of gel coverage,inhibitor blocking,foam diffusion and inert gas fire-extinguishing.The foaming property and flame retardancy of the new foam gel fire extinguishing material were tested,and the flame retardancy mechanism of the new foam gel fire extinguishing material was discussed.The research results indicate that the optimal ratio of CDSFG-TSRM foaming gel system is:WG(6%-7%),CFA(0.7%),TSRM(0.1%),CO_(2)input of 560-640 mL.The foam gel system with tea polyphenol flame-retardant microcapsules(TSRM)as the core has excellent inhibition performance,with uniform bubble structure and 56.09%inhibition rate.The research results provide new ideas and methods for the field of flame retardant materials,which have important theoretical and practical significance.
