摘 要:为探究浅埋煤层坚硬顶板液压支架适应性问题,以庄子河煤矿15107工作面为研究对象,采用理论分析,PFC离散元软件以及现场实测相结合的方法对工作面选用的ZZ6800/23/46型液压支架适应性进行验证分析。通过理论计算可知,工作面安全开采所需的支架初撑力,工作阻力、支架支护高度理论值该支架全部符合要求,通过数值模拟支架和煤壁承载力链分析可知液压支架符合开采要求,并结合现场实测数据,支架初撑力对工作面顶板起一般支护作用,支架工作阻力在安全开采范围之内。综上分析,庄子河煤矿15107工作面选用的ZZ6800/23/46型液压支架已满足安全开采要求。该研究成果对类似地质条件下工作面液压支架的选型具有一定的借鉴意义。In order to explore the adaptability of the hydraulic support of the hard roof of the shallow buried coal seam,the adaptability of the ZZ6800/23/46 hydraulic support selected for the working face was verified and analyzed by using the method of theoretical analysis,PFC discrete element software and field measurement.Through theoretical calculation,it can be seen that the initial support force,working resistance,and the theoretical value of the support height required for safe mining of the working face all meet the requirements,and the hydraulic support meets the mining requirements through the analysis of the numerical simulation support and the bearing capacity chain of the coal wall,and combined with the field measured data,the initial support force of the support plays a general supporting role on the roof of the working face,and the working resistance of the support is within the safe mining range.To sum up,the ZZ6800/23/46 hydraulic support selected for the 15107 working face of Zhuangzihe coal mine meets the requirements of safe mining.The research results have certain reference significance for the selection of hydraulic supports for working faces under similar geological conditions.
