摘 要:由于深锥稠密机配置多样且部件结构复杂,导致其建模过程繁琐,设计效率低下。为了提升稠密机的设计效率,针对SolidWorks平台,利用模块化思想、模块选型原理、尺寸驱动原理以及API调用方法,开发了一款应用于深锥稠密机的参数化设计系统,配合图纸处理、BOM表生成以及文档属性管理等功能,实现了多系列深锥稠密机的快速设计与配置。通过工程实例应用,验证了该系统能显著降低稠密机的设计难度,提高设计效率,同时也为其他多部件装配体设备的辅助设计系统开发提供了思路。Due to the varied configurations and complex component structures of deep cone thickeners,the modeling process is cumbersome and the design efficiency is low.To improve the design efficiency of the thickeners,targeting the SolidWorks platform,developed a parametric design system for deep cone thickeners using the principles of modularization,module selection,dimension-driven,and API calling methods.This system,combined with features for handling drawings,generating BOM tables,and managing document properties,enables rapid design and configuration of multiple series of deep cone thickeners.Through application in engineering examples,it has been verified that this system can significantly reduce the design difficulty of thickeners,improve design efficiency,and also provide ideas for the development of auxiliary design systems for other multi-component assembly equipment.
