摘  要:大型、复杂上运带式输送机安装的逆止装置额定逆止力设计有1.5~2倍的安全系数,以保证逆止装置的安全性、可靠性。停机阶段传动滚筒与输送带的摩擦力不足,同样会导致带式输送机逆转,所以需要研究不打滑条件。可应用静态公式计算与Overland Conveyor Belt Analyst等动态计算。静态与动态计算都验证了大型、复杂上运带式输送机的不打滑条件的研究方法。The rated backstop force of the backstop device installed on large and complex upward conveyor belts is designed with a safety factor of 1.5-2 times to ensure the safety and reliability of the backstop device.Insufficient friction between the transmission drum and the conveyor belt during the shutdown stage can also cause belt conveyor to reverse,so it is necessary to study the non slip condition.Static formulas and dynamic calculations such as Overland Conveyor Belt Analyst can be applied.Both static and dynamic calculations have validated the research methods for non slip conditions of large and complex upward conveyor belts.
