摘 要:在掌握超级无压给料三产品旋流器工作原理基础上,对影响旋流器分选效果及产品指标稳定性因素进行综述。研究结果表明,通过改善原煤预湿效果,提升旋流器分选压力,调整重介悬浮液分选密度及煤泥含量,优化重介分选自动控制策略,超级无压给料三产品旋流器分选精度显著提升。该研究成果为提升选煤厂经济效益,实现选煤厂高效分选技术应用提供了理论及实践应用经验。On the basis of mastering the working principle of three-product hydrocyclone with super non-pressure feed,the factors affecting the separation effect and the stability of product index of hydrocyclone are summarized.The results show that the automatic control strategy of dense medium separation is optimized by improving the pre-wetting effect of raw coal,increasing the separation pressure of cyclone,adjusting the separation density of dense medium suspension and the content of slime,super gravity-fed 3-product cyclone separation accuracy significantly improved.The research results provide theoretical and practical experience for improving the economic benefit of coal preparation plant and realizing the application of high-efficiency separation technology in coal preparation plant.
