摘 要:针对六采区池里区域轨道巷顶板下沉严重且上方出现离层的现象,结合该巷道的实际地质情况,提出“锚杆+锚索+菱形金属网+钢筋梁”联合支护的技术,通过对锚杆锚索参数的计算,确定了相应的支护方案,并且运用了数值模拟的方法,揭示了支护前后位移与应力的演化规律,结果表明:未支护前的最大顶板下沉量为0.176 m,顶板上方与岩层之间出现离层,离层量为0.06 m。在进行支护后,巷道的变形量得到有效改善,最大顶板下沉量为0.091 m,顶板上方未见明显离层,验证了该支护方案可以有效地改善巷道围岩变形,为复杂情况下的支护提供了借鉴。In view of the phenomenon of serious roof subsidence in the trackway of Chili area in the No.6 mining area and the occurrence of delamination above the roof,combined with the actual geological condition of the track roadway,the joint support technology of"anchor rods+anchor cables+diamond metal mesh and reinforced beams"is proposed,and through the calculation of the parameters of the anchor rods and anchor cables,the corresponding support scheme is determined,and the numerical simulation method is applied.The results show that:before the support,the maximum subsidence of the roof plate is 0.176 m,and there is a delamination between the roof plate and the rock layer,and the amount of delamination is 0.06 m;after the support,the deformation of the roadway has been effectively improved,the maximum subsidence of the roof plate is 0.091 m,and there is no obvious delamination on the top of the roof plate,which verifies that the support can effectively improve the deformation of the surrounding rock,and it is a good solution for complex situations.It verifies that the support programme can effectively improve the deformation of the surrounding rock,and provides a reference for the support in complex situations.
