摘 要:针对前期采掘过程中遗留大量空巷、严重制约工作面煤炭资源后续安全高效开采的问题,提出采用发泡水泥充填材料充填空巷的开采方法。采用实验室实验的方法,研究了不同配比发泡水泥充填材料物理力学特性。研究结果表明:以水泥为基料,发泡剂、稳泡剂及石膏为添加剂的发泡水泥充填材料配比为水灰比0.5、发泡剂掺量1%、石膏掺量7%时,充填材料的输送性能、膨胀性能、抗压强度综合物理力学性能较优。以鲍店煤矿为研究背景,将研究结果应用于鲍店煤矿5316工作面5309(s)运输顺槽、五采区回风上山联络巷及1303三回提等遗留空巷。现场实测结果表明:巷道围岩移近量均小于60 mm,发泡水泥充填材料提升了巷道的整体支撑能力,有效保障了工作面的安全高效作业。Aiming at the problem that a large number of empty alleys left behind in the previous mining process seriously restricts the subsequent safe and high mining of coal resources at the working face,the mining method of filling the empty alleys with foamed cement filling material is proposed.Laboratory experiments were used to study the physical and mechanical properties of different ratios of foamed cement filling materials.The research results show that:with cement as the base material,foaming agent,foam stabilizer and gypsum as additives,the ratio of foamed cement filling material is 0.5 water-cement ratio,1%foaming agent doping and 7%gypsum doping,the transport performance,expansion performance and compressive strength of the filling material has better physical and mechanical properties.Taking Baodian coal mine as the research background,the results of the study were applied to the leftover empty alleys of Baodian coal mine,such as 5309(s)transportation chute of 5316 working face,contact alley of the return wind uphill of five mining areas,and 1303 three-return lift.Field measurement results show that:roadway perimeter rock migration is less than 60 mm,the foam cement filling material significantly improves the overall support capacity of the roadway,and effectively protects the safe and efficient operation of the working face.
