摘  要:提出一种基于井下定向钻孔技术构建气化通道的方法。旨在解决地下气化钻孔轨迹控制精准要求高和筛管下入效率低等问题。通过对井下定向钻孔优化设计、施工工艺、轨迹控制及筛管护孔等关键技术进行研究,形成一套适用于井下气化通道的定向钻进工艺关键技术。该技术在王村斜井煤矿进行了成功应用,为后续井下煤炭气化技术的实施提供有效通道。Based on the theory of downhole directional drilling,proposes the novel techniques to efficiently and quickly establish the underground coal gasification gallery.The purpose is to solve the problems of such techniques hinges on the precise trajectory control and the efficient screen hole protection method.By integrating the key technologies of trajectory control and optimization,construction design,and screen hole protection,further develops a technical framework incorporating directional drilling for underground coal gasification gallery.The feasibility and efficiency of these techniques were successfully verified by the project of the Wangcun inclined shaft,laying a dependable foundation for the subsequent applications of the underground coal gasification techniques.
