摘  要:针对建(构)筑物下厚煤层压覆开采的难题,以兴隆庄煤矿一采区为研究背景,利用理论分析、室内试验、地表移动变形预计等手段,提出了短壁间隔膏体充填技术与限厚开采相结合的充填开采方法,研究了充填材料强度、材料配比、地表移动变形、充填工艺,其结论如下:(1)通过修正长期强度公式,提出了符合兴隆庄煤矿开采地质条件的充填材料长期强度最低为3.4 MPa;(2)基于强度要求以及长距离管道输送问题,提出了充填料浆煤矸石∶粉煤灰∶水泥∶水的最佳配比为57%∶10%∶8%∶25%;(3)根据分析地表移动变形结果,得出了开采影响范围内地表建(构)筑物的移动变形指标均低于Ⅰ级损坏等级的设防指标;(4)提出了新型“旺格维利”式工作面布置方式,降低了支护成本。该设计能有效解决建(构)筑物下压煤开采问题,还降低了支护成本,提高了开采效率,为短壁间隔膏体充填技术开采厚煤层提供一定的理论依据。Aiming at the problem of thick coal seam mining under buildings(structures),the first mining area of Xinglongzhuang coal mine is taken as the research background.By means of theoretical analysis,laboratory test and prediction of surface movement and deformation,a filling mining method combining short-wall interval paste filling technology and limited-thickness mining is proposed.The strength of filling material,materialratio,surface movement and deformation,and filling process are studied.The conclusions are as follows:(1)By modifying the long-term strength formula,it is proposed that the minimum long-term strength of filling materials in line with the geological conditions of Xinglongzhuang coal mine is 3.4 MPa;(2)Based on the strength requirements and long-distance pipeline transportation problems,the optimum ratio of filling slurry coal gangue∶fly ash∶cement∶water is 57%∶10%∶8%∶25%;(3)According to the analysis of the results of surface movement and deformation,it is concluded that the movement and deformation indexes of surface buildings(structures)within the influence range of mining are lower than the fortification index of grade I damage grade;(4)A new type of"Wangeville"working face layout is proposed,which reduces the support cost.This method can effectively solve the problem of coal mining under buildings(structures),reduce the support cost and improve the mining efficiency.
