近距离动压工作面优化与巷道矿压显现规律研究

摘  要:以顾桥矿1124(3)工作面为工程背景,通过有限差分软件对特定距离静压和动压条件下巷道变形破坏规律进行模拟分析,证明动压对距离煤层底板一定距离的巷道具有非对称破坏特征。结合模拟结果,对1124(3)工作面设计进行优化,由原设计的“刀把子”工作面优化为矩形工作面,同时在其回采期间监测北二13-1盘区回风大巷变形破坏情况,现场监测结果与数值模拟结果基本吻合。优化后的工作面设计实现了快速掘进、快速安装和快速投产的目标,比原设计多出产原煤约7.6万t,增效约3664万元。观测结果表明,巷道最大位移量小于120 mm,未出现强烈的变形破坏特征,巷道控制效果显著。Based on the engineering in the 1124(3)working face of Guqiao mine,finite difference software was appliedto simulate the deformation and failure characteristics of roadway under the conditions of static pressure and dynamic pressure at specific distances,asymmetric failure characteristics of roadway with dynamic pressure at a certain distance from the coal seam floor were revealed by the results.According to the simulation results 1124(3)working face design is optimized.The initialsword face was replaced by rectangular face.The deformation of the ventilation roadway in the northen No.213-1 panel was monitored and the monitoring results is roughly identical to the simulation results.The optimized working face design has realized the goals of fast tunneling,fast installation and rapid production,with an additional 76000 tons of raw coal and an additional 36.64 million yuan of mine efficiency.The monitoring results indicate that the maximum displacement of the roadway is lower than 120 mm.Neither massive deformation nor failure of the roadway occur,and the roadway control effect is remarkable.
