摘 要:针对济宁地区某矿大倾角仰采工作面回采作业过程中遇到的顶板控制难题,通过现场调查、理论分析、数值模拟等方法,分析了回采过程中煤层倾角对仰采工作面顶板超前支承压力的影响,研究了大倾角仰采工作面采动应力分布规律。研究表明:随着煤层倾角增大,超前支承压力影响范围和峰值点整体向采空区一侧移动,导致工作面顶板易破坏冒落,采煤作业受阻。基于采动应力分布规律,采用超前注浆加固、铺设菱形网、断层超前挑顶、锚网索联合支护等方法,有效解决了大倾角仰采工作面回采过程中顶板控制的难题,防止了工作面顶板冒落事故的发生。Addressing the challenging issue of roof control during mining in high-dip angle mines in the Jining region,investigate the impact of coal seam dip angle on roof advance abutment pressure through a combination of fieldwork,theoretical analysis,and numerical simulations.It also explores the distribution patterns of mining-induced dynamic stress in high-dip angle faces.Findings indicate that as coal seam inclination increases,the influence zone and peak point of the advance abutment pressure shift towards the gob side,enhancing the risk of roof collapse and disrupting coal mining operations.Guided by the identified stress distribution patterns,effective roof control measures in high-dip angle mining faces are implemented,including advanced grouting reinforcement,diamond mesh installation,fault-advancing lifting,and combined support using anchor nets and cables.
