摘 要:针对煤层气开采中15^(#)煤层因硫化氢及高矿化度导致井下生产管柱与附件腐蚀,影响捞煤粉作业效率的问题进行研究。分析了常规防护措施的弊端,详细阐述了工艺管柱改进成果的技术原理、性能指标、施工操作方法、现场应用效果及效益分析。通过创新设计大尺寸渣屑物过滤装置,并优化管柱结构,有效解决了腐蚀渣屑影响,提高了捞煤粉效率,为煤层气开采作业提供了有益的技术参考和实践经验。Address the issue of corrosion of downhole production strings and accessories in coalbed methane extraction from No.15 coal seam,caused by hydrogen sulfide and high salinity,which affects the efficiency of coal powder recovery operations.The disadvantages of conventional protective measures are analyzed,and the technical principles,performance indicators,construction operation methods,field application effects,and benefit analysis of the improved process string are elaborated in detail.By innovatively designing large-size debris filtering devices and optimizing the structure of the pipe string,the impact of corrosive debris is effectively addressed,improving the efficiency of coal powder recovery.This provides valuable technical references and practical experience for coalbed methane extraction operations.
